Warranty Information
Xenon HID Ballasts and Xenon HID Bulbs, wiring kit, are covered by the warranty for a period of fourteen (14) months from the purchase date.
Exchange and Returns Information
The buyer has Thirty (30) days to file a return from the date the item was received and arrived. Notice these steps on the return/exchange form, when sending the items back for an exchange or full refund. Please include a DETAILED NOTE inside the package, the UPC codes from the post office on the shipping box, otherwise we will not know what you would like us to be done with your package. We do not pay for the shipping expenses.
Exclusions from Refund or Exchanges
If any defects resulting from irresponsible use such as water damage, fire, misuse, abuse, improper installation, acts of nature, vehicle crash, modification, or any type of impact. No cut wires, or damage to the wires is accepted either. Any modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty. Spark HID will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our product.
Shipping & Handling fee is Non-refundable.
Repair or Replacement
If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems before they escalate. The returned product will be inspected by the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or reinstallation will not be covered by this warranty. Customers with warranty extension plans, receive coverage for the length of their extension. All claims will be thoroughly considered and you will be contacted promptly with a resolution. Product MUST be in the same condition as was provided. Misused or loss items will be subtracted from refund. There is a 13-15% restocking fee.
